Annual Salaries of Indian Players for 2018-19 session has been announced by the BCCI on 9th of March 2019. The Contract was for the duration of  one year from Oct 2018 to Sept 2019. BCCI usually provides the salary as per the form of the player and rank them as A+, A , B, C, categories. In the announcement only 3 player were kept in the A+ Category. Total 25 players announced who could receive the annual salary under different categories. In A+ category a player recieve salary of Rs 7 crore annually, under A category a player gets Rs 5 crores, B get Rs 3 crores and the C category gets Rs 1 crore annually.

Salary of A+ Category Players of Team India

There are only 3 players who could receive A+ contract. BCCI kept Rohit Sharma along with Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah for the A+ contact. Sikhar Dhawan demoted from the A+ category due to his current weak  form and Bhuvneswar kumar too demoted due to his unavailability because of the injury.

Salary of A Category Players of Team India

As Dhawan and Bhuvneswar were demoted from A+ and were kept in the  A category.
A category players include Sikhar Dhawan, Mahindra Singh Dhoni, Ajinkya Rahane, Rishab Pant, R Ashwin , Ravindra Jadeja Kuldeep Yadav, Bhuvneswar kumar, Ishant Sharma , M Shami, Cheteswar Pujara.

Salary of B Category Players of Team India

B Category Players include Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul, Umesh Yadav, Y Chahal.

Salary of C Category Players of Team India

C category Players include Kedar Jadav, Dinesh Kartik, Ambati Rayudu, Manish Pandey, Hanuma Vihari, Khalil Ahmed, W Saha.
