India vs Australia 4th ODI match, Australia tour of India 2019 was played on super Sunday 10 Mar 2019 in Punjab Cricket Association IS Bindra Stadium, Mohali. India won the toss and elected to ball first. Rayudu was dropped and KL Rahul came in, Rishab Pant, Y Chahal and Bhuvneswar came in place of MSD , R. Jadeja and M. Shami.

Indian opener finally overcame the bad performance which troubled India most in last few months. Rohit and Sikhar Dhawan gave India a stunning start where both of them set a partnership of 193 which the highest opening stand by Indian against Australia and 15th 💯+ partnership between Rohit and Sikhar Dhawan which is the third highest opening stand by any team in the world. Rohit was quite unfortunate as he got out on 95 of 92 balls with 7 fours and 2 sixes. But Dhawan went with the flow and scored his 17th ODI hundred and also his highest runs innings of 143 of 115 balls with 18 fours and 3 sixes. KL Rahul was promoted to no.3 and played some good shots but couldn’t convert his 26 of 31 balls with a four into a big innings.Kohli departed on 7 of 6 balls with a four. Rishab Pant strike the ball well and scored 36 of 24 balls with 4 fours and Kedar Jadav scored 10 runs of 12 balls, Vijay Shankar scored quick 26 runs of 15 balls with a four and 2 sixes help india to set a huge totalof 358-9 in 50 overs.

Pet Cummins picked 5 wickets, J Richardson got 2 wickets and Zampa picked 1 wicket.

Aron Finch and Khawaja c upome to bat and started the chase but Aron could score a single run and gone on a 🦆. Shaun marsy again fails to score as he departed on 6 of 10 balls with a four.but Khawaja and Handscomb takes the charge and built a partnership of 192 runs where Khawaja was unfortunate to score back to back hundreds as he departed on 91 of 99 balls with 7 fours. Maxwell scored some quick runs and  scored 23 of 13 balls with 2 fours and a six but Handscomb batted flawlessly his maiden hundred in ODI cricket and scored 117 of 105 balls with 8 tours and 3 sixes. Aston Turner turn result of the match in favor of Australia and played an excellent innings of 84 runs of 43 balls  with 5 fours and 6 sixes along with Alex Carey who scored 21 of 15 balls with 2 fours and helped Australia to achieve an unbelievable match to win and level the series with 2-2 in a 5 match series.

Jasprit Bumrah picked 3 wickets, Bhuvneswar, kuldeep and Chahal picked one wicket each. Peter Handscomb got the Player of the match award.
